At ArtistGifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.
Package and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
After our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
